Your "Trust and Safety" team cancelled order number 159467153 and deactivated my account.

Your customer services have refused to refund me the £897.00 I paid for this order.

I understand that I broke your terms and conditions with this order but that does not mean you can keep £897.00 of my money.

Please have this money refunded to me. I can no longer access my account so an internal refund isn't possible either.

Please fix this.
