To whom it May Concern,

I would strongly advise that you look into the total screw-ups of order items 61372825 and 62012630. I do not have any additional energy to revisit in this email your company's abject failure in very basic customer service process improvement, disregard for complete communication breakdowns, and total lack of understanding and appreciation of your clientele that can tell when they are being truly given the run around.

"Supervisors" making promises only to break them and have another "Supervisor" speak with the customer when the customer calls back after being jerked around, is very poor business acumen.

While I understand that a business like this is successful because it is built upon the assumption that most people are honest and there is actually not much by way of real work your company has to do other than have a hammer to go after fraudulent folks on the site; your business' life and conversely it's achilles heal is really tied to your customer service. That said, if your customer service department continues to treat clientele like I've been treated in the last month (on both sides mind you - buying and selling on your site), be guaranteed that your company eventually will die.
