They seem to make profit off people who are naive and do not know better, the first timers of online ticket purchase .

I paid $120+tax($10) and "delivery fee" ($5, which is odd since this delivery is done online), for two tickets that I would have gotten for $30 via other routes.

I found out about this outrageous overcharge soon after, but of course they have no-cancellation policy under terms of use that no-one reads, and the customer center is a joke.
All I can do now is to spread the words to people around me to avoid using this company at all cost, and learn from the mistake myself and be more careful of business like this which is run by people of no ethics.

No cancellation no matter what? Come on.

I paid OVER 3x's what the tickets were worth...THEIR seating chart showed only 16 seats available (I'm sure I'll be told that THEY only had 16...), so in a desperate (stupid) move, I ordered them. I tried to cancel within hours, but was told they were "non-refundable" but I could re-list them for sale... The PURCHASE date on the tickets is FIVE DAYS AFTER I placed my order..the "seller" hadn't even BOUGHT them yet !! I was charged for the tickets before the seller had even BOUGHT THEM !!!! I could NOT have re-sold them because they weren't even PURCHASED YET !!!
