Stub Hub CANNOT handle rescheduled dates - Concert tickets

I used to really like SH and had been using it quite a bit. But since last summer customer service has been declining... now I am DONE with them! I bought Pink tickets for Nov 3rd in MKE - Floor/Aisle. In July I learned I had an out of town trip that weekend so I listed them for sale, planning to go to a diff show in Chicago. Pink fans know she had to reschedule Oct/Nov shows due to a throat ailment. SH emailed noting that my tickets would be valid for the new Jan 9 show OR... OR I could re-list them. I planned to go so did NOT re-list them and noted several times under "my Listings" the tickets did NOT SHOW as being listed. Then they sold! I don't know how but hey did. After several emails to SH - they have not assisted me, rather threatened to cancel my account if I reversed the sale... they did offer that I could buy different one... sure, inferior seats with a fee after I did NOT WANT THEM sold... I wish I could share their emails - TERRIBLE customer support
