I sold a 4-day event pass. A week later, StubHub still had not paid me my money. I contacted their customer service line, and was told two different stories by two different people. First: "Your money was sent, you must call Paypal to ask them to release it to you." Second: It still says it's pending; give it a couple more days."

A few days later (I still had not got my money) I called again. This time I was sold that my money had been kept by StubHub to pay for a replacement ticket sold on my behalf over a year ago & that I STILL owed them money! I have never sold anything on their website before, only bought tickets.

I have never been notified of a debt being owed to them until this sale (my first sale). It has been three weeks now since my ticket was sold, and I have yet to get a dime of the money I am owed. I would like nothing more than to see a huge class action suit against this fraudulent company. They scam you & then tell you that it's your fault, or blame it on Paypal. I will not stop till I receive my money; but I am DONE doing business with them.
