Help - NY theatre tickets


I buy 4 tickets for a Broadway show in New York and they say that they are going to be put at Will call for me, but they were not there, I live in another state and we travel to New York to see the show, could you imagine the frustration and anger, I could not believe that I trust this company and they let me down, I was ashamed because I could not fullfill my little girls dream of seeing her favorite show.
They are TOTALLY SOCKS
