Awful situation caused by malicious tickets sold by Stubhub - stubhub


As anyone that accesses Stubhub, I chose my tickets based on their seats plan and price. I looked for the best seats that I could afford to pay, as it was intended to be a gift for a special person. So I clicked on the seats located on their plan, which corresponded to seats 6,7 at ROW 1, on section B2. Although they were extremely overpriced, I was happy as they were located in the first row (as shown at their plan).
Once I got to my seats at the show, I was very satisfied with their location. However, there were more people claiming for the same seats. That was when the staff of the show checked my tickets and noticed that there was a small "w", which meant wheel chair accessible. So, I thought, it was wheel chair accessible because it was in the FIRST ROW. But, unfortunately, my tickets did not correspond at all to the location presented at StubHub's website. The stadium's staff realized that my tickets had been misrepresented on StubHub's website. We had to move to another section, which was way back from the seats that I thought I had purchased. We were relocated to seats that were probably selling for 10 times less than what I had paid for ours. My evening was ruined. I was extremely embarrassed, as I was moved away from my original seats in front of hundreds of people. Moreover, my special guest was also subjected to this awful situation, which further embarrassed me. And what was supposed to be a special evening became a nightmare thanks to StubHub's tremendous irresponsibility and lack of respect. Beware of false advertising and malicious tickets at StuHub.
