  • Tickets I ordered are not in my account



    Hi There, I'm throughly annoyed with StubHub. We ordered tickets in Aug/Sept 2014. We were told tickets would we available to download when an email was sent that said "download tickets now" We've logged on to our account on separate occasions and there is no record what so ever of our purchase. We have emails and a bank statement that states we bought tickets and a specific order number was given (do you need this?), so why can't we download the tickets?   • Venue seat relocation



    Hello I sold tickets to Fashion Rocks at the Barclays Center 9/9 order #168008899. I listed and delivered the tickets within the guidelines of the Seller Policy and User Agreement. A couple of minutes before the show I received an email that there has been an invalid ticket claim for the tickets seats number 11-14 in Row 8 Floor 2.     Your "Trust and Safety" team cancelled order number 159467153 and deactivated my account. Your customer services have refused to refund me the £897.00 I paid for this order. I understand that I broke your terms and conditions with this order but that does not mean you can keep £897.00 of my money. Please have this money refunded to me.   • Ticketmaster canceled my order



    I sold a set of concert tickets on Stubhub.com. and immediately uploaded a pdf of the tickets. A few days later ticketmaster emailed me telling me my order was canceled and issued a refund. I emailed stubbub letting them know I had to cancel the transaction. Because the price of the concert was so high they changed me over $2,000 for replacement seats for the buyer. I canceled day before the concert. I can't afford to lose over $2,000. Ask for help and was advised there is nothing they can do. I have no choice to dispute with amex but I am out over $2,000!   • Double Charging



    I purchased 2 Bruce Springsteen tickets on January 28th, 2012. Stub Hub charged my credit card twice. Every time I call Stub Hub they promise to take the charges off in 3-5 business days. I've called several times and nothing gets done. They put me on hold for long periods of time but refuse to let me speak to a supervisor.   • over-priced and no cancellation



    I paid $134 for two tickets that I would have gotten for $30. My order number is 49147615. It was within an hour of the order, and still cancellation is impossible. Customer center call does not connect to a representative, so do not tell customers to call customer center to talk about issues.   • A fun event made stressful because of your company



    I bought tickets 22 days in advance to see a comedian. The tickets were marked up by the seller but because the seats were so good I decided to give in and buy the 2 tickets, totaling over 180 dollars. I was charged immediately for these tickets and sent an e-mail confirming them but because they hadn't processed yet, I couldn't yet download them.     Between January 27th and and February 18th, an unauthorized party accessed our StubHub account and changed our listing of concert tickets. Originally, we had placed two tickets for sale for approximately $175 each, but the altered listing showed them at $200 each. Additionally, they were listed as "General Admission" tickets, but the altered listing showed them as being in "VIP" status, meaning, in essence, that they were now advertized as being more valuable than they really were.     The company sent my payment for tickets I sold to a nonexistent paypal account after I had changed my payment method to check immediately after I registered with their site. I immediately contacted them through their company site which promises an "8 hour reply tops", nope! I sent the message again with no reply. I called and again, no response.     need somebody to look into this and correct this as soon as possible. My credit card was charged and this is a StubHub error NOT MY ERROR.     Bought six original hard copy Chicago Cubs tickets for June 14th game from a season ticket holder. Family goes to the game to find out the tickets were resold to Stub Hub. They would not let us into the game.
