I'm throughly annoyed with StubHub. We ordered tickets in Aug/Sept 2014. We were told tickets would we available to download when an email was sent that said "download tickets now"
We've logged on to our account on separate occasions and there is no record what so ever of our purchase. We have emails and a bank statement that states we bought tickets and a specific order number was given (do you need this?), so why can't we download the tickets?
I've tried to log on to live 24/7 chat on several occasions, and keep being sent to a blank webpage after logging into it. I've also emailed the only email address we have orders@service.stubhub.com.
I would appreciate someone getting in contact with us via email to sort this out
